The price you see while designing is the price you pay: fabric, tailoring, and delivery are all included, with no fitting-day surprises.
Two ways. Book a free at-home measurement and a trained RASSA fitter comes to you within 48 hours in serviced cities, or use the guided self-measure flow — six photos and eight numbers, checked by our team before cutting begins. Your profile is saved, so every outfit after the first skips this step entirely.
You get a 14-day alteration window at no cost. Send it back through a free pickup, or take it to any partner atelier in your city and we settle the bill directly. If an outfit cannot be made right, we remake it.
Standard production is 21 days from design lock to delivery. We recommend ordering six weeks out for wedding-day pieces so the alteration window sits comfortably before the event. Rush production in 10 days is available on most silhouettes for an added fee, shown before checkout.
